Pictured here are a number of tableaux that tell the story of how the prince of India became the first Buddha. The central tableau shows how the prince was superior at all things he put his head to - archery in this case. On the right is an image of the prince's trip outside of the kingdom walls, where he fell witness to the horrible suffering of the people. I can't quite make out what's on the left...
