This is a clay walking course. The course is filled with small 1-inch diameter terra cotta balls. You remove your shoes and saunter through the pit o' balls in hopes of reaping the many benefits, such as increased circulation, lowered arthritis, etc. etc. I tried it. All I felt was pain. Walking on the equivalent of marbles isn't all that pleasant, unless you have steely soles.  Posted by Hello
