Two weeks ago (or was it three?), the students had a hands-on lesson in making kimchi. Some of the ingredients: Korean cabbage, red pepper, salt, pepper, fish sauce, pickled radish, spinach, garlic, ginger, etc. It's tasty stuff!

This is a blog of my trip to Korea. I'm here right now teaching english for a private Hagwon (school) named Brighton. I hope you enjoy my blog! Edit: I *was* teaching for Brighton, but have since moved to a different number of schools. This blog is now only an archive of my past adventures, but feel free to check out some of my newer blogs.

I don't care what you say, anything that has been sat festering for a few days is, by default, revolting!!! Ugh!!!
