This is a Korean tomb. Remember the pictures of the small mounds of earth that were tombs, at Yuldong Park? Well, these ones are like the granddaddies of them all. These tombs were reserved for either noble people or kings. A wooden coffin and coffin room were built, then stones were piled around the room feet deep, then it was covered with TONS of earth. If you ask me, these tombs are better protected from thieves than Egypt's tombs. I can't imagine someone trying to dig these puppies up in the middle of the night... Posted by Hello
