Like I mentioned in a previous post, WA Bar is the place to be for foreigners. Pictured here is WA Bar - it's an ice bar. You pick out what you want from the tub of drinks, and they charge you for any opened drinks. Also notice the bland yet addictive rice snack in the foreground. Mmmmm.
